Europa-Park Children’s House Little Heroes officially open
On 6 July 2026, the new ‘Europa-Park Children’s House Little Heroes’ was officially opened at the Europa-Park Resort. The Mack family, who own the park, along with the Swiss musician DJ BoBo, the patron of the house, officially launched this very special project that is so close to their hearts. The opening ceremony was hosted by Wolfram Kons, board member of the Stiftung RTL – Wir helfen Kindern e.V. (RTL – We Help Children Foundation). The event at Silver Lake City was attended by numerous guests, including Minister Marion Gentges and Mayor of Rust, Kai-Achim Klare. The first families have now arrived at the new children’s house.

A new milestone for Silver Lake City: Riverside Western Lodge officially opens
With the official opening of the Riverside Western Lodge, Silver Lake City at the Europa-Park Resort has gained yet another highlight: The Riverside Western Lodge expands the Western town by 119 rooms with a total of 532 beds and offers guests a comfortable overnight stay in the style of the American West. The area is complemented by its own brewery, ‘Silver Lake Brewery’, the ‘Wild West Store’, the new YULLBE GO venue, the ‘Chapel San Antonio’, and the culinary offerings ‘Grandpa Will’s Hot Dogs’ and ‘Cold Rush Western Ice Creams’. With this, Silver Lake City is growing into an even more diverse destination for families, groups and short-break holidaymakers.

Great progress is being made on the construction of the new ‘Europa-Park Children's House Little Heroes’. Following the topping-out ceremony, work on the interior is now in full swing. “We are definitely aiming to open in July 2026,” emphasises the project’s ambassador, Miriam Mack.

Record year to celebrate anniversary: Europa-Park breaks the 7 million visitor mark
The Europa-Park Resort has achieved a new record in its 2025 anniversary year. Fifty years after opening, Germany's largest theme park exceeded the seven million visitor mark for the first time. The record number underscores the strong demand, consolidates its position as a leading tourist destination in Germany and puts it well ahead of Cologne Cathedral and the Oktoberfest, both of which can be visited free of charge.

Halloween at the Europa-Park Resort
Germany’s largest theme park is celebrating the spookiest time of the year again: from 27 September to 2 November 2025, all kinds of witches and ghosts will immerse visitors in a unique experience. Europa-Park is celebrating Germany’s biggest Halloween event. Visitors are transported into a world of horror and magic with extraordinary decorations, autumnal culinary delights and breathtaking shows. Guests can also experience both parts of Europa-Park’s eerily beautiful SPOOK ME! musical. After dark, the most fearless visitors can delight in the multi-award-winning horror spectacle Traumatica – Festival of Fear.
