Europa-Park Children’s House Little Heroes officially open
On 6 July 2026, the new ‘Europa-Park Children’s House Little Heroes’ was officially opened at the Europa-Park Resort. The Mack family, who own the park, along with the Swiss musician DJ BoBo, the patron of the house, officially launched this very special project that is so close to their hearts. The opening ceremony was hosted by Wolfram Kons, board member of the Stiftung RTL – Wir helfen Kindern e.V. (RTL – We Help Children Foundation). The event at Silver Lake City was attended by numerous guests, including Minister Marion Gentges and Mayor of Rust, Kai-Achim Klare. The first families have now arrived at the new children’s house.

A new milestone for Silver Lake City: Riverside Western Lodge officially opens
With the official opening of the Riverside Western Lodge, Silver Lake City at the Europa-Park Resort has gained yet another highlight: The Riverside Western Lodge expands the Western town by 119 rooms with a total of 532 beds and offers guests a comfortable overnight stay in the style of the American West. The area is complemented by its own brewery, ‘Silver Lake Brewery’, the ‘Wild West Store’, the new YULLBE GO venue, the ‘Chapel San Antonio’, and the culinary offerings ‘Grandpa Will’s Hot Dogs’ and ‘Cold Rush Western Ice Creams’. With this, Silver Lake City is growing into an even more diverse destination for families, groups and short-break holidaymakers.

Great progress is being made on the construction of the new ‘Europa-Park Children's House Little Heroes’. Following the topping-out ceremony, work on the interior is now in full swing. “We are definitely aiming to open in July 2026,” emphasises the project’s ambassador, Miriam Mack.

Rulantica mascot hits the big screen at Europa-Park for the start of the 2026 season
The start of the 2026 season will see popular Rulantica star Snorri set sail: ‘SNORRI 4D’, a new 4D film adventure from MACK Magic, will be celebrating its première at the 4D Magic Cinema. For the first time, the popular Sixtopus will be taking to the big screen, where he’ll take centre stage in a heart-warming underwater short film that will delight the whole family.
