FeelGood – the MACK Group’s health programme
The FeelGood workplace health programme supports the Europa-Park Resort's approximately 5,500 employees in creating unforgettable experiences for guests every day. Founded by Miriam Mack, the health centre enhances the region's healthcare provision, offering exclusive services designed to promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of staff and local residents alike. This lays an important foundation for motivation and energy in day-to-day working life. In recognition of this, the FeelGood Health Centre won the prestigious IAAPA Brass Ring Award in the ‘Best Health and Wellness Programme’ category in 2025.

FeelGood programme
Discover the varied programme offered by the workplace health management scheme, featuring seasonal activities such as cookery classes, talks, and exercise sessions. These activities are designed to promote your health and boost your motivation. Keep fit and learn about the latest health topics to support your wellbeing.
The bwlv’s external employee counselling service
The external employee counselling service offers anonymous support in crisis situations, whether you are facing personal or professional challenges. The experts are there to support you and help you through difficult times, whether you are experiencing conflicts, addiction problems or other sources of stress.
Physiotherapy
Whether you have statutory, private or occupational health insurance, the Movin practice offers a wide range of physiotherapy services. This evidence-based therapy is available to all MACK Group employees, offering prompt appointments. In addition to treatment prescriptions, consultations are available on a self-pay basis.

Occupational medicine
Dr Gunter Weinreich provides a full range of occupational healthcare services, including statutory and preventive medical examinations. He is available to help with any work-related health concerns and can arrange your annual flu vaccinations. Maintain your health in the workplace by taking advantage of regular check-ups and consultations.
Prevention
Take part in regular preventive health checks, such as skin and thyroid screenings, to help identify and treat health risks early on. A specialist will carry out the examination and provide advice to ensure your health is monitored effectively. As a participant, you will receive stamps in your health insurance bonus booklet.
Corporate fitness
Make the most of the corporate fitness benefits, including a Hansefit membership and access to the 'Boston Red Sox' fitness club at the 4* superior hotel 'Bell Rock'. These options allow you to exercise regularly without making any long-term commitments. Stay active and healthy – tailored to your needs and schedule.
The Hansefit corporate fitness membership is linked to your employer and gives you access to numerous gyms throughout Germany.

Our physiotherapy services include:
- Manual therapy
- Exercise therapy (with and without physiotherapy equipment)
- Manual lymphatic drainage
- Heat treatments, fango and hot rollers
- Ice treatments and cold therapies
One particularly innovative treatment is the Lymphastim, which involves pressure chambers in a pair of sleeping bag-like trousers stimulating the legs. This gentle massage helps to drain fluid towards the heart, aiding recovery.

Europa-Park hosts IAAPA Honors for the first time
For the first time, the annual meeting of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) took place outside North America. Following last year's event in Las Vegas, Europa-Park had the honour of hosting this year's industry summit for the first time. From 28 to 30 April 2025, experts from the global leisure industry gathered at Europa-Park. The three-day programme offered exclusive insights into park operations, exciting specialist presentations and first-class entertainment. The IAAPA Brass Ring Awards were also presented during the event. In its anniversary year, Germany's largest theme park not only impressed as the host of the IAAPA Honors 2025, but also received three prestigious IAAPA Brass Ring Awards. Europa-Park has long-standing close ties with IAAPA. In 2011, Roland Mack, owner of Europa-Park, was the first German to be elected President of the association.
