Responsibility, creative drive & regional ties

As a committed family entrepreneur, Mauritia Mack builds bridges between economic strength and social responsibility - always with an eye on her home region and the people who live there.

As a qualified architect, she not only brings creative flair to the company, but also combines tradition, innovation and community spirit - very much in keeping with the Mack family ethos. She has been actively involved in the family business since 1995, initially focusing on design and later taking on responsibility for the retail department at Europa-Park.

By founding the non-profit organisation Einfach Helfen e. V., she has created a network that provides targeted and effective support to families in need. In 2017, she was awarded the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany for her tireless work.

I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work for the welfare of children and the socially disadvantaged. After all, a carefree life is not something that can be taken for granted.

Architecture meets entrepreneurial spirit

Mauritia Mack was born in Ettenheim in 1962 and studied architecture in Karlsruhe. After working in various positions, she returned to her hometown, married Jürgen Mack and became actively involved in the family business, Europa-Park. Together with Ralf D. Stumpf, she shaped the retail department, which comprises more than 80 individually designed shops with more than 500 employees. Her signature style is reflected in the variety of themes and the attention to detail.

Values & responsibility

Mauritia Mack knows how to combine family values with social responsibility. Cohesion, care and trust are key values for her - values that she not only exemplifies in the family business, but also in her social commitment. As a mother to her children, Frederik and Alexia, it has always been important to her to give the next generation a strong foundation of values. She sees it as the family's duty to combine business success with social awareness and responsibility.

Simply helping – direct and straightforward
In 2008, Mauritia Mack founded the charity Einfach Helfen e. V., which supports families in need due to illness or misfortune. The focus is on providing uncomplicated, fast and unhindered help.

The association's focus:

  • Immediate financial support for seriously ill children and their families
  • Support for hospices and palliative care units
  • Support for therapy services for affected families
  • Special support for women and children in emergency situations

Since its launch, the association has given hope and a new perspective to many families.
