Her focus is on optimising personnel and organisational structures in order to position the Europa-Park Resort for a sustainable future.
I want to help create a culture where people feel valued, can develop and work together towards a successful future.
Professional experience & qualifications
Alexia Mack was born in 2000 to Jürgen and Mauritia Mack and grew up with her brother Frederik in Rust. With a clear desire to join the family business, she decided to study Business Psychology in Heidelberg and Hamburg, graduating with a Master's degree. She gained international experience in HR and organisational development and trained as a systemic coach to support change processes.
Her academic education was complemented by first practical experiences in HR and organisational development. The combination of family roots, professional qualifications and personal commitment created the ideal conditions for Alexia to join the family business.
A new generation takes responsibility
With Alexia Mack joining the family business, the circle will be complete - all of Roland and Jürgen Mack's children will hold positions of responsibility at the Europa-Park Resort. The family charter also paves the way for a successful and sustainable transition to the eighth generation and the long-term future of the company.
With her in-depth knowledge of business psychology, Alexia Mack will increase the effectiveness of the human resources, leadership and organisational development departments by focusing on employee satisfaction, motivation and loyalty.
