Bridge builder Miriam Mack

Health, social responsibility & international connections

Miriam Mack combines passion with a sense of responsibility, whether in her role as a health expert, honorary consul, or committed ambassador for social projects. As Head of Occupational Health Management at the MACK Group, she promotes employee well-being and has ushered in a new era of health and wellbeing with the opening of the FeelGood Health Centre in 2024.

However, her activities extend far beyond the MACK Group. As an ambassador for the German Children's Fund, she is dedicated to promoting equal opportunities and children's rights. She also promotes Franco-German cultural exchange through the European Centre for Fairytale Culture. Her appointment as Honorary Consul of Croatia further highlights her dedication to fostering international understanding and cultural connections.

We have always prioritised the well-being of our employees, resulting in an excellent corporate culture. Not many people appreciate how much can be achieved through occupational health management.

Cultural diversity as a way of life

Miriam Mack was born in Stuttgart in 1982 to Croatian parents, and she grew up in a home that was rich in culture and diversity. She learned from an early age to navigate between two worlds, an experience that continues to shape her to this day. After completing a training programme in banking, she embarked on an international modelling career that took her to cities such as Milan and New York.

She met her husband, Michael Mack, in 2008. His proposal on the blue fire Megacoaster and their fairytale wedding at Europa-Park highlight their close connection to the world of adventure, a world that they now help to shape. They have two sons and share a passion for culture, innovation and social engagement.

Health is a matter close to our hearts

Miriam Mack has been Head of Occupational Health Management at the MACK Group since 2017, aiming to create a holistic health concept for employees. Her most significant project to date is the FeelGood Health Centre, which opened in 2024. The centre offers modern prevention and health services, including physiotherapy, nutritional advice, and exercise programmes, not only for employees but also for residents of the wider region.

Miriam Mack is convinced: "Healthy employees are the foundation of a successful company. That's why we prioritise prevention, education, and fostering a positive working environment."

International relations & cultural engagement

Miriam Mack sees it as her mission to connect people and cultures. Since 2015, she has been a German Children's Fund ambassador, working to combat child poverty and give young people a voice. The 'Happy Hearts' initiative enables disadvantaged families to enjoy unforgettable days out at Europa-Park.

Cultural exchange is also close to her heart. In 2018, she collaborated with Märchenland Berlin to establish the European Centre for Fairytale Culture, a project that unites German and French school groups and celebrates the European tradition of storytelling.

The highlight of her international career came in 2024, when she was appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Croatia. She also helped to design the Croatian-themed area at Europa-Park, which opened in the same year, and she published her own cookbook, titled 'Croatia - My Recipes and Stories from the Adriatic Coast.' In her VEEJOY series, 'Croatia – Full of Life', she takes viewers on a culinary journey through her home country.
