The Mack family, initiated by authorised signatory and Director of Human Resources & Organisation Frederik Mack, has formulated the principles that shape the daily interactions between all MACK Group employees and guests, as set out in the company's vision, mission and ten guiding principles. These principles reflect the values that the MACK Group stands for: a passion for extraordinary experiences, a commitment to taking responsibility for people and the environment, and a dedication to working as a team to create an environment in which everyone can contribute to the greater good.
