Family tradition & international perspective

Frederik Mack was born in 1995 to Jürgen and Mauritia Mack and grew up with his sister Alexia in Rust. After graduating from high school, he decided to study economics with an international focus. His Master's degree in Business Administration from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, a semester abroad at the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki and practical experience at Liseberg, Sweden's largest amusement park, laid the foundation for his global mindset. Before joining the family business, he also gained valuable experience at Coca-Cola, DZ Bank and Mercedes-Benz. Frederik Mack gained additional practical know-how at the Munich-based family office GMAI.

After several years in the financial sector, he took over as Director of HR & Organisation in 2023, assuming responsibility for the MACK Group's human resources strategy. In addition to his HR role, he is also the management representative for finance and controlling.

Frederik Mack has been an authorised signatory of Europa-Park since 2025 and plays a central role in the strategic development of the company within the circle of shareholders.

Empowering people, living values

  • International recruiting initiatives - developing new talent pools in Europe, Asia and Africa to secure skilled workers and employees for the long term.
  • Employee housing & mobility initiatives - providing 1,500 residential units to date and facilitating public transportation connections.

His goal is to further develop the Europa-Park Resort as a modern and attractive employer, thus creating the basis for stable, long-term corporate development. He combines economic thinking with a keen sense for the needs of employees. For me, supporting people and creating structures in which they can develop their potential is not a job, but a calling. Because only those who focus on people can shape companies for the future.
