From passion to profession

Katja Mack was born in Kazakhstan in 1987 and grew up in an environment that encouraged creativity. Her parents enabled her to access dance, music, figure skating and painting from an early age. After training in classical ballet, she studied choreography and dance education to deepen her passion for staging and movement on a professional level.
Her desire to create a place where artistic and sporting activities merge led to the founding of the TALENT ACADEMY Europa-Park in 2014.

Here, children, teenagers and adults can develop in the areas of dance, acrobatics, music and visual arts. With her holistic approach, which combines artistic development with mental training, she is shaping a new generation of creatives.
In 2025, the TALENT ACADEMY secured a strategic partnership with Unilever Langnese to expand scholarship programmes for particularly talented participants.

TALENT ACADEMY: A space for creativity and inspiration

With the TALENT ACADEMY, Katja Mack has created an institution that goes far beyond traditional classes. Every week, more than 100 classes in dance, music, acrobatics and art take place here – led by over 30 professional coaches. The academy spreads across 2,000 square metres and sets new standards in talent development with practical events, shows and competitions. Mindset training plays a particularly important role: it helps participants to develop their full potential and prepare mentally for stage performances.

The Talent Foundation e. V., which she founded, provides financial support to ambitious young talents, enabling them to take part in international competitions, workshops and further training.
