Einfach Helfen e. V. – the name says it all

Simply helping when it matters

Sometimes life doesn't work out the way you hope. Illness or strokes of fate can turn your life upside down - often from one moment to the next. Einfach Helfen e. V. provides fast and unbureaucratic help in such moments.

Since 2008, under the leadership of Mauritia Mack, the association has been working tirelessly to help people and families in the region who have fallen on hard times due to illness or misfortune.

The aid concept goes far beyond financial support - it also includes personal support and emotional strengthening.

Charity events such as the traditional Advent Hours at Europa-Park raise important funds, 100% of which are passed on to those in need.

As a mother and a member of our family business, I am deeply touched by the stories of the families we support. These are stories that show how urgent and pragmatic help is sometimes needed.

An initiative that gives hope

The founding of Einfach Helfen e. V. is the result of a moving story. In 2007, a major fundraising campaign was launched for a boy named Maximilian who was suffering from a severe case of cancer. Although he passed away a few months later, his story served as the impetus for the creation of the association. Experience has shown that there is an urgent need for fast, unbureaucratic help - and a permanent initiative to support people in need.

Since its official launch in 2008, Einfach Helfen e. V. has established itself as a reliable point of contact for families struggling with serious illnesses or existential challenges.

Rapid assistance in difficult times

Einfach Helfen e. V. offers unconditional help - be it immediate financial assistance, psychological counselling or long-term support. The organisation focuses on children and families who have been thrown off course by serious illness or personal misfortune.

Thanks to generous donations, the association has been able to give new hope to hundreds of families and carry out numerous projects in recent years.

Key projects include:

  • Immediate financial support for critically ill children and their families to enable necessary therapies and medical treatment.
  • Support for hospices and palliative care units to enable seriously ill people to spend their time with dignity.
  • Funding therapy programmes for affected families to help them find strength together.
The charity run also included refreshments for a good cause – numerous cakes were donated for sale.

Fundraisers that change lives

For many years, Einfach Helfen e. V. has organised special charity events to raise funds and awareness of social responsibility.

One such event is the Ladies Lunch, which was initiated by Mauritia Mack, Chairwoman of the Offenburg Child Protection Association. Every year, this event brings together women from the worlds of business, culture and politics to raise funds for children in need.
The event creates valuable networks and, above all, provides genuine support for families in need.

Another highlight is the traditional Advent celebration at the Europa-Park Dome. More than 700 guests come together to support a good cause, enjoying an afternoon of music, networking and hope.
