TALENT ACADEMY – The Talent Factory

Developing creativity, fostering talent

Every great talent begins with a first step – be it a dance step, a sung note or a sketch on paper. The conviction that there is talent in every person and that everyone should have the opportunity to develop creatively is the fundamental belief of the TALENT ACADEMY.

Founded in 2014 by Katja Mack, the academy offers a professional platform for talent development in dance, acrobatics, music, art and mindset on over 2,000 square metres. With around 400 members, over 100 weekly courses and over 30 experienced coaches, the TALENT ACADEMY has established itself as a central place for creative development and professional training.

It is important to us to create a platform for people of all ages where they can develop and express their creativity.

A vision becomes reality

In 2014, Katja Mack realised her vision of a creative training centre and opened the TALENT ACADEMY in the immediate vicinity of Europa-Park. Her goal: to create an environment in which talented individuals are nurtured and developed to the highest standards. In 2017, the Talent Foundation e. V. was set up to provide scholarships and financial support to ensure that creative development does not fail due to economic hurdles. Since 2025, Unilever Langnese has been a strong partner in providing targeted support to talented young artists.

Creative training at the highest level

The TALENT ACADEMY not only teaches technical skills, but promotes personal development, discipline and teamwork. The trained coaches address the needs of each individual talent.

The close connection to Europa-Park offers the participants unique performance and career opportunities in the entertainment industry. Collaborations with the Broadway Dreams Foundation and World of Dance, as well as show performances, open up practical stage experience and international perspectives for the talents.
