A success story brought to you by the Mack family

The Europa-Park Resort has a company history to be extremely proud of: 250,000 visitors came when it opened in the summer of 1975, and today, the family-run park is the most popular tourist destination in the country. With more than six million visitors in 2022, Europa-Park is by far the biggest theme park in Germany – and the most visited seasonal park in the world. With more than 100 attractions and international shows, fun and entertainment for the whole family is guaranteed on a site measuring 95 hectares. The water world Rulantica is also open to all visitors every day. Guests can expect fantastic water fun in spacious indoor and outdoor areas. But Europa-Park is much more than a traditional theme park: it is now a well-known location for conferences and popular venue for events and television productions. Thanks to Germany's largest connected hotel resort with a wide range of food options, it is also a unique short break destination for visitors from all over the world.

The AUREA Award in Europa-Park

At the invitation of Michael Mack and MACK One, innovative entrepreneurs, experts and visionaries from all over the world met at the Europa-Park Resort once again. On 18. January 2024, the AUREA Award honoured the best products in immersive tech and entertainment developments in VR, AR, XR and MR for its sixth ceremony. Companies from Germany, the USA, Sweden and Switzerland were delighted to receive an award, with the highlight of the evening being the appearance of Mate Rimac, one of the greatest Croatian inventors and entrepreneurs of today.

The Winter Season to celebrate the Anniversary Year

From 29 November 2025 to 18 January 2026 (except 24/25 December), Germany’s largest theme park will once again be transformed into a magical winter wonderland, with thick snowflakes and the delicious scent of Christmas cookies filling the air. The park will be decorated with 3,500 snow-covered fir trees from the region, glittering Christmas baubles, cosy campfires and winter decorations adorning the paths of the 17 European-themed areas to enchant visitors. Christmas shows promise impressive and atmospheric entertainment for young and old alike. The new Winterland themed area adds further highlights to the sparkling celebrations in this anniversary season.

The world-famous International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo has teamed up with Europa-Park

This winter season, to mark the 50th anniversary of Germany’s largest theme park, Europa-Park’s Winter Circus Revue will be transforming into “Monte-Carlo Circus Festival meets Europa-Park”. Visitors are in for a treat, with an amazing show that lasts over an hour and features the best performers around.
