Since 2012, Ammolite - The Lighthouse Restaurant at the Europa-Park Resort has been setting new standards in premium gastronomy. As the only two-star restaurant in a theme park worldwide, Ammolite combines the highest culinary art with a relaxed, stylish atmosphere.
Under the direction of Peter Hagen-Wiest, the restaurant offers a cuisine that combines regional and international flavours - with seasonal, top-quality products and international accents. For the past ten years, Ammolite has held two Michelin stars, three red Gault&Millau toques and is one of the best restaurants in Germany according to the Hornstein Ranking.

This is the philosophy behind Ammolite. The focus is on fresh, seasonal produce from sustainable agriculture. The menus follow the principle of 'less is more' - each dish brings out the pure, unadulterated flavour of its ingredients. Guests can choose from two exclusive eight-course menus, paired with hand-picked wines from sommelier Sascha Schmidt's extensive list.

Located in the lighthouse of the 4* superior hotel 'Bell Rock', the restaurant was designed by renowned interior designer Claudio Carbone. Dark, elegant colours, subtle lighting and quality materials such as wood and marble create an exclusive yet welcoming atmosphere.
